“Quick now, here, now, always – A condition of complete simplicity (costing not less than everything)…

And all shall be well and…

All manner of thing shall be well.”

Winter’s Rest and Support retreat can offer you ease when you are facing the challenges of wintertime.

In the space of the retreat, you can become more aware of your habitual reactivity to these challenges and allow new perspectives and acceptance to emerge.

You will also have the possibility to open to the joy and nourishment of what this season can bring.

Over these two days you will have time and space to deepen your practice and resource yourself supported by nature.

You will experience together a mix of practices enabling you to access and open into a more balanced state of being to support you through this season.

Mindfulness Practice Support Online:

Practice Group runs Fortnightly via Zoom

Please do feel welcome to join, even if you have not come before or if your practice has slipped, as it can do for us all at times.

Coming together, even though online, represents us as a group, in company, as if sitting close to each other.  We are mutually supporting each other with our collaborative intentions, sharing a space and place to reconnect and deepen into our practices.

There is no pressure to attend every session but to feel free and able to attend when you feel the wish and need for yourself.

Please do get in touch if you would like to be on the mailing list.

The fortnightly practice group will run on a Tuesday evening from 7.00pm-7.45pm via Zoom.

The usual fee for the evening has been waived with the invitation, if you wish to pop an extra something in the food bank collection bin at your local supermarket.

If you would like more information please do contact me via email for more details: chantekmary@live.co.uk
