Individual

For those who cannot find a course to fit into their schedule or for those who find groups challenging. One to one individual mindfulness courses and sessions are available. Chantek has adapted the Mindfulness courses to individual needs.

For those undergoing therapy the MBSR course is extremely supportive. It does not conflict with therapy yet is therapeutic by nature.

Some of you might be concerned that the course might well be at odds with your religious or spiritual beliefs. Chantek has worked successfully with many individuals to integrate the essence and practice of the mindfulness work into their own religious/spiritual beliefs and ways.

If you have physical difficulties that may inhibit you sitting or moving you will be supported to access the mindfulness material.
